Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Swai, fish,
- 2 cups breading for fish,
- 8 large biscuits see my recipes for biscuits or store bought,
- 4 tablespoons tartar sauce batch 88 see my recipe for this,
- as needed oil to fry, I used sunflower oil.
Directions:
Step 1
Heat oilStep 2
Bread the fish and fry.Step 3
When done move to some paper towels to absorb excessive oilsStep 4
Bake the biscuits.Step 5
Add fish and tartar sauce to biscuitsStep 6
