Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Milk or as needed
- 250 grams Self raising flour
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking powder
Directions:
Step 1
Add flour, salt, and baking powder to bowl and mix.
Step 2
Make a well in the middle and crack in the egg.
Step 3
Whisk together and add milk, add more milk for thinner pancakes
Step 4
Leave to stand, covered for half an hour.
Step 5
Drop tablespoons into a nonstick pan on a medium heat, and flip when bubbles form on the top.
Step 6
Serve with warmed maple syrup and a scoop of good vanilla ice cream
Step 7
